Ingredients
- Fresh okra (chopped or blended)- 1 big bowl (about 4 cups)
- Palm oil- 1 cup
- Beef, goat meat, or fish- 2 lbs
- Stock fish- 1 medium piece
- Crayfish- 1/2 cup ground
- Ugu (optional)- 2 cups chopped
- Seasoning cubes- 3 cubes
- Salt & pepper- to taste
Preparation
- Cook meats and stockfish with seasoning.
- Add palm oil and crayfish.
- Add chopped okra and stir until slimy.
- Add vegetables (optional) and simmer.
